To complete this case study, you will need to download a case scenario from VU Collaborate. Review the case carefully before you start preparing your submission. Ask your teacher if you have any questions or require any further clarifications about the case. Please view the following case: MYH Inc. opens in new window Your report of the case study should include the following sections: A cover page: with the title of the case, your name and student no. A table of contents Introduction: Gives an overview of the case and your findings Strengths and Weakness: Presents your analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the case, using the methodologies learnt in class. Project Manager’s Role: Using your knowledge of the functions of project managers, discuss how a project manager can facilitate the execution of this project. Quality Control: Explains what quality control is in project management, and then discuss how quality control can be done and what tools can help with quality control in this case. Schedule and Gantt Chart: Create a WBS with at least 7 tasks, 3 phases and 2 milestones using MS Project based on the content of the case. Take a screenshot of this WBS and its Gantt Chart. The description, the duration and the chart bar of each item must be clearly presented. Insert this screenshot into this section. Summary: Reiterates the key messages of your report briefly Reference: Include the list of references used in this work using the Harvard style referencing.
