You are a diversity and inclusion consultant that an organisation has hired to evaluate their diversity and inclusion policy. They want to know how their policy stands up, how effectively they’ve implemented it, how authentic their leadership is, and what they could do better.

Instructions

Choose a diversity policy relating to your future profession from the list provided below. In a report format, evaluate the policy using research.

Students with an identified major should choose an organisation relating to that major. Students without an assigned major (such as Bachelor of Business Administration students) should choose from an area that relates to their preferred position.
