INFT3100 Project Management
Questions:
For your Project Report, you will need to select a goods production or service delivery function that your team has some knowledge about.
Your role is to describe a real or a realistic but fictitious project oriented scenario and provide a project completion report.
The focus of the project was to execute and evaluate quality improvements for the function in your scenario. Be creative and utilize what you have learned from this course to write your report.
Please consider your audience when writing your report. Imagine that the reader of the report is someone has no knowledge about your project but that they would need to be able to follow and understand your report.
Imagine you’re writing this report, showcasing what you have learned and your experience, to your future boss. You can select a goods production or service delivery function of your choice.
Notes:
1. Use the PowerPoint template attached to this assignment in BlackBoard. The PowerPoint template has instructions in the Slide Notes for each slide. Please read these notes to ensure that you are providing the appropriate and relevant content.
2. One of you will post your PowerPoint presentation in Blackboard and include a link to your Screencast-O-Matic recording in your assignment submission notes. Ensure that any third party information used in your report is properly cited, explained, and referenced.
