It’s the company’s primary responsibility to deliver top-quality solutions per the client's requirements within the given deadline. If the company fails to meet its commitment, the client is entitled to request a partial or complete money-back per the company policy.
According to our refund/money-back policy, the client has the right to request reimbursement if the assigned specialist fails to deliver quality solutions abiding by the standard guidelines. As 100% customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we go above and beyond to make sure every student is entirely content with the outcome of our academic assistance. No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Sudden Cancellation By Client
- No tutor is assigned: Although this rarely happens, a 100% refund is guaranteed if no tutor is assigned to you for support. You will be intimated of the same, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
- A tutor is assigned, and less than half of the deadline has passed, but you decide to cancel: In such cases, you are liable to get a 75% to 100% refund. The amount usually varies as it depends on the tutor’s effort to offer you the service or assistance you requested for.
- A tutor is assigned, and more than half of the deadline has passed, but you decide to cancel the order:The refund amount will vary between 50% - 0% in order to cover the assigned tutor's and the company's effort to meet your order request.
- Late Delivery: Such instances are genuinely rare, but we are all humans. Unless the assigned tutor falls ill or encounters any other emergencies, late deliveries are greatly unlikely. However, you can ONLY demand a refund for delays if you have NOT downloaded the solution mailed to you by our tutor. If the solution is downloaded, you are ineligible to request a refund as you are deemed to have used it.
- Late upload of materials:Our Company guarantees on-time delivery of all solutions. However, delays sometimes happen if you miss attaching the complete requirements or mailing some assignment-related materials on time. In such cases, you are not eligible for any form of refund. Hence, all students are advised to crosscheck all the details, including additional sources related to the task, before placing a request for assistance.
Solution Not As Per The Description
The company guarantees to offer customised solutions to all students, following a client’s specifications and requirements. Therefore, the initial solution offered by our tutor should be treated as the first draft, needing further development in accordance with the client's feedback.
- Disputed claims: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the solution or feel that the tutor has failed to meet the given specifications and wants a refund instead, the company will take the concerns seriously and offer every kind of assistance to rectify the issues. Based on your opted plan (Limited/Standard/Premium plan), you can request cancellation within 30/45/60 days, respectively, from the first submission date. If you are still unhappy with the solution, you have the right to request a refund by providing documentary proof of the work within 7 days of receiving the solution. Please note that the refund request will only be approved or denied based on our investigation results which highly depend on the facts and documentary evidence provided by you.
- Plagiarized content:If you suggest that the solution provided by our tutor is plagiarised from third-party sources, you must provide a verifiable report within 72 hours of receiving the said solution. If your claim is substantiated, a full refund will be processed at the earliest.
- Accidental Duplicate Order: In case of cancelling a duplicate order (an order with the exact requirements), you must contact the company’s Student Support Team within 24 hours of making the payment for the duplicate order and request a refund. On verification, if it’s found that the order is a duplicate order and was placed unintentionally, a 100% refund will be generated immediately.
- Accidental Duplicate Transaction: In case an extra or duplicate payment is processed for the same order for which you have already paid earlier, a 100% refund will be issued upon request from our team.
You are Not Entitled to a Refund if:
- You receive poor grades. Please NOTE that we DO NOT guarantee grades. The solutions we offer per your requirements must be treated as samples ONLY and NOT be submitted directly. If you do, it should be at your own risk, and the company holds no liability.
- You change the deadline. In case of a deadline change, you won’t be eligible for a refund due to delay or price recalculation, as the end dates now stand different.
- You place editing, formatting, and proofreading orders. Whether you request editing, formatting or proofreading assistance, please understand that the requested services are offered on the original content drafted by you, which may contain contextual errors from before. Editing and formatting do not include material changes but only finer corrections in the original draft. In addition, our tutors offer constructive feedback on the formatting, subject matter, flow, grammar, spelling, and/or other similar writing features.
- You fail to provide documentary proof and process. In case you fail to follow the guidelines and timelines mentioned in Section 5 for filing claims/refunds/complaints requests.
Response/Refund processing timelines and process
As the nature of work is subjective, you may have an opinion about the work quality and delivery which may differ from the tutor’s. In such cases, you are subjected to file any and all claims/complaints/refund requests. However, you must abide by the following guidelines to be eligible for a refund:
- Provide at least 7 working days for evaluating the request and communicating the final decision.
- All claims/complaints/refund requests must be filed through your "customer's account" on the website. In addition, you must provide the required documentary proof, following the standard terms and conditions mentioned in our policy and term of use.
- Provide at least 7 working days to process your refund request once the company communicates the final decision.
