A draft project procurement requirement
Completed procurement management plan
A document outlining how to conduct procurement activities
A document on monitoring procurement activities
A completed request for quotation (RFQ)
A report to your manager to review your procurement process

Read the case study in Appendix A at the bottom of this assessment document and answer the questions.
Part : Role Play
Your senior manager (Your assessor) has asked you to join him for a meeting to explain the procurement requirement of the infrastructure upgrade project.
During the role play ask questions to identify the product specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and supply and engagement metrics for the infrastructure upgrade project.
After the role play prepare a draft project procurement requirement to submit to your manager for approval.
