Assessment Task
For this assessment, students are required to develop a set of Tender drawings based on drawings completed in BID108A Assessment Brief 1. Students are to generate this documentation set using AutoCAD® (on PC).

Systems and Documentation 1 introduces students to the different construction systems applicable to the design of nominated interiors, and how design solutions are communicated to stakeholders (contract managers, consultants and contractors) through contract documentation. Students will develop a series of documentation drawings for a small scale nominated environment.

- Print all layouts in monochrome (Adobe PDF printer to be used)

- Using Adobe Acrobat Pro, create one single .pdf document (rotate drawings if necessary).

- Are all drawings to industry standard to communicate design proposals to clients, project managers, consultants and contractors?
- How well your drawings communicate the design proposals to clients, project managers, consultants and contractors?
Design processing and consistency (10%)
- Your ability to respond and to apply ongoing feedback
