Overview

The focus of the given piece of report is to critically analyse the findings associated with the particular enterprise. From the raw data given, it can be rightly underlined that there are 300 employees in the enterprise and the mean age of the participants is 40 years. Both male and female employees are present in the firm equally and very few employees are culturally diverse. The organization has tenured employees with an average tenure of 8 years. The organization appears to have a sound employee policy which can be guaranteed with respect to the fact that the enterprise has a very low turnover rate. The management and organizational satisfaction level is at an average of 3.8 which can be identified as above average. Hence, with respect to the limited information as available, it can be rightly believe that the enterprise has been performing well with respect employee performance and satisfaction.

Quality of the data

Pertaining to the quality of data, it can be rightly identified that it could be identified that several cells were blank. This affects the quality of data in the sense that the analysis, however appropriate a particular tool is would not be essentially able to represent the true nature of the enterprise as several blank responses are present in the domain of Gender. This appears to be due to the fact that the enterprise has accounted for two genders only and hence, to improve this error, accommodations should have been made for more than two genders which could have made the data rather complete in nature. Other than that, the value of the standard deviation reflects a close consistency in the data.
